  3. FREE - RealCare Self Service Centre, A comprehensive question/answer app that will resolve your questions about common RealCare Simulator issues.

  4. Book a 10 Minute Support Call, Book a 10 minute support call to discuss the issue you are having. If your simulator requires repair this call is free. Fees may apply if you require training on how to use your RealCare Infant Simulator.

  5. 6 Months FREE - Booked Online, Support Calls with the purchase of RealCare 3 Infant Simulators You receive login details to access our online booking service when you purchase new RealCare Infant Simulators

PAID TRAINING/SUPPORT OPTIONS:

  1. Discounted 12 month Support Subscription, $199.00/annum plus GST. UNLIMITED, booked online,  support calls. (6 months free support with voucher provided upon purchase).

  2. Pay As You Go Support, Charged at $80.00 per incident plus GST. (6 months free with voucher provided upon purchase).
